For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return part or all of the products you purchased within fifteen (15) days from the date that is indicated on the receipt we sent you. The product must have been purchased exclusively from www.windowdg. gr. In the case of the return of the product, it can only be done when the product is in its original condition and with its complete original packaging. This means that the product must:
1. Not to be washed
2. Not to have been used in any way
3. To have all his labels
4. Its packaging has not been damaged.

If the product you want is not available, we will refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the specific product.
Returns are not accepted on products that orde
red and made especially for the customer as well as on products that are not immediately available. Our company does not bear any responsibility in case of damage or destruction of the product during installation by an unauthorized installation workshop. It must be noted that cases where the returned product is not in its original condition can not be returned.
In all the above cases the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Receipt is required for the return.
In case the product is proved to be defective due to construction, then the consumer can request repair of the product or replacement of the product or reduction of the price or cancellation of the contract and full refund of the paid amount. If the product is not proved to be defective then it is simply returned to the consumer. Also, in case the customer sends a defective product to the store, then the shipping costs are paid by the customer (it must be stated in the Terms of Use that the costs are borne by the consumer). If the product is proved to be defective, then the shipping costs must be paid by the store.
In the case a product is no longer available due to a technical error or due to lack of information on the website so it appears to be available and therefore has been paid, the store is obliged to return the whole amount without being responsible for the error.
Refunds will be based on the retail price of the product / products you purchased and the initial shipping costs, if exist (excluding additional costs, due to your choice of delivery or payment method other than the cheapest standard delivery method) we offer). Www.windowdg.gr is entitled to withhold the return of the money until it receives the products or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the products.

Refunds are made within 14 days of returning the products.
Your refund will be made on the same payment method with which you completed the order. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must state the bank account in which you want the deposit to be made. Receipt is required for returns. In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.
In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card will be updated accordingly.
In case of returning defective products you are not charged with the return costs. On the other hand, in the case of returning items for personal reasons, the return costs are borne by the customer.
If you wish to return the products you bought from our online store, you must notify us by writing at windowdg@hotmail.com, with the indication "RETURN" and noting the date and number of the purchase document.
Returns are made through the cooperating bank Alpha Bank. If the return is made to an account of the same bank (Alpha Bank) then the money is credited within 14 working days, without any additional charge. If the return is made by another bank, then the costs are shared and there is a charge on both sides according to the policy of each bank, for which our company is not responsible.
To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention to the condition of the products sold at the time of delivery and their packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects or incorrect shipment of products.
We inform you that we do not accept returns on specific products for the protection of the consumer public: Sleeping pillows, pillowcases, duvets, blankets, mattresses are non-refundable for hygiene reason.
No changes are made to seasonal items.
