Delivery

1. Take away from our store.

If you wish, you can pick up the products you ordered from our physical store, at Skiathou 2, Ntepo Thessaloniki, after we informe you via e-mail that your order is ready for delivery.

2. By Courier.

Our company cooperates with Acs Courier for the immediate delivery of your products all over Greece.

3. With a transportation company.

For heavy and bulky packages, the shipment to Thessaloniki and Athens is done, after consultation with you, with a transportation agency and then you can receive your order from the headquarters of the agency within 2-3 days. In this case you have to pay for your order by bank deposit or by using a credit / debit card. Shipping costs are paid by the recipient. We will inform you about the final transfer cost. If you want the delivery to be made at an address of your choice you must consult with the transportation company and the costs will be paid by you. For other cities, the shipment is also made with a transportation company after consultation with you.
For orders in other countries, available products are sent by Courier with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 12 working days from the day of shipment.
Www.windowdg.gr does not acknowledge the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay.

DELIVERY

Orders of available products that are being received from Monday to Friday until 15:00pm will be processed on the same day, thus achieving their immediate delivery. In case of stock shortage, you are informed by phone or e-mail about the final delivery time. For products available, the delivery time specified is 1 to 3 working days for land and island destinations and 1-5 days for inaccessible areas.

Δωρεάν έξοδα αποστολής με κατάθεση ή κάρτα ισχύουν για παραγγελίες άνω των 70€ και βάρος μέχρι 5kg.

Εξαιρούνται οι αποστολές σε δυσπρόσιτες περιοχές.

Η αντικαταβολή ως τρόπος πληρωμής δεν γίνεται δεκτή σε προϊόντα τα οποία κατασκευάστηκαν κατά παραγγελία του πελάτη (Είδη σκίασης, κουρτινοξυλα) καθώς και σε προϊόντα που δεν είναι άμεσα διαθέσιμα.
